Quinn<\/a><\/em>, diesmal in der Dark Places Reihe vom Polar Verlag. Und da d\u00fcstere die Winterlandschaft rund um den <em><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lough_Neagh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lough Neagh<\/a><\/em> fast eine Hauptrolle spielt ist die Einordnung in Dark Places sowas von Richtig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und der Kopf von David Hughes, einem ehemaligen Polizisten der S<em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Special_Branch\" target=\"_blank\">pecial Branch<\/a><\/em>, ist ein ebenso dunkler Ort: Demenz raubt ihm seine Erinnerung und seine Demenz ist auch eine Gefahr: Plappert er Geheimnisse aus?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir auch in <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gehkacken.de\/?p=13630\">Gestrandet<\/a><\/em> verbei\u00dft sich Inspektor Celcius Daly in einen Fall von dem er besser die Finger gelassen h\u00e4tte. Die Troubles sind vorbei, viele haben sich die Absolution abgeholt aber noch immer haben die IRA und loyalistische Paramilit\u00e4rs das Sagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was als einfacher Rachemord in dieser Szenerie beginnt wird durch eine Vermisstenanzeige f\u00fcr David Hughes zu einem echtem Problem f\u00fcr Daly &#8211; obwohl der St\u00fcck f\u00fcr St\u00fcck Wahrheiten findet gibt es immer jemanden der ihm ein St\u00fcck voraus ist. Und er hat keine Ahnung warum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was hab ich \u00fcber Gestrandet geschrieben?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Ein extrem vielschichtiges und spannendes Buch, in dem der arme Celsius Daley weit au\u00dferhalb seiner \u2013 ehr schmalen \u2013 Komfortzone ermitteln muss. Und voller wunderbarer Beschreibungen der Landschaft, die so wunderbar mit dem vorherrschenden Thema Verrat verheiratet wird.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Das passt aber sowas von auch in diesem Buch. Wer B\u00fccher vor dem Hintergrund der <em><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Troubles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Troubles<\/a><\/em> mag, wer B\u00fccher mag wo viel Zeit f\u00fcr die Natur da ist &#8211; der ist hier Richtig. Und verdammt spannend ist es auch noch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soundtrack dazu: <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=tVLSU_p_Xo0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Frenzal Rhomb &#8211; Guns Don&#8217;t Kill Ducklings (Ducklings Kill Ducklings)<\/a><\/em>, was sonst?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PS: Und Anthony J.
